  • Reflexology.

Traditional Chinese medicine used since ancient times as a natural form of healing therapy. Think of your body as a roadmap where every path is connected, your hands and feet are full of pressure points each connected to a specific body part. Reflexology focuses on these vital connections to help energize the body while promoting relaxation and well-being. Benefits also include tension relief while returning the body to its natural rhythms promoting greater health and circulation.

  • Traditional Champissage.

Traditional Ayurvedic Indian head massage involving the shoulders, upper back, upper arms, neck, scalp and face. Treatment involves working with the energy centres and balancing the top 3 chakras. This relaxing and rejuvenating massage has physical and psychological benefits including muscle relaxation providing immediate stress relief, relief from chronic neck and shoulder pain, as well as relief for tension headaches, tinnitus, and even insomnia. • Lymphatic Massage.

Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of massage based on preliminary evidence which is hypothesized to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph. Lymphatic massage is a wonderful way to boost your immune system and to stimulate the removal of metabolic wastes and environmental toxins. Our lymph vessels and nodes act like filters, purifying the cells to keep the immune system in fighting shape.

  • Buddha Massage.

Embrace the emotional and physical benefits of getting a massage while focussing entirely on your body and mind without distractions. What People Are Saying

“Experienced my first session of reflexology. This is not just a foot rub it's a total body, mind and spiritual experience. From hot blankets and candles to Chinese tea and totally relaxing you with spiritually enhanced music. This lady spares no expense to pamper you!! As soon as she starts to rub your feet by the end of the session, she can tell you exactly where your aches and pains are that you're experiencing in your body. She's amazing!”

“Love, love, everything about Sue's sessions!! Today I had the pleasure of an Indian Head Massage & it was GLORIOUS!!! 5-star service from the minute I walked in the door. Dandelion tea was poured, crystals chosen, blankets were warm, the fine attention to detail on the massage from the earlobes to arms, scalp massage & facial pressure points, I could go on and on… I'm hooked!!”

“I went to ZenErgy after a long week of migraines. I needed the relaxation as well as the reflexology to manage the pain. My first session was reflexology and I loved it - I was relaxed and slept great that night! Then I had the Indian head massage she recommended to loosen up all the nerves and muscles in my head, scalp and neck - what an amazing treatment that was! I am so grateful to have found ZenErgy - Thanks Sue!”
